Acupuncture & Herbs for Reproductive Health in Wheat Ridge

Stop dreading your period.

If you suffer from bad premenstrual symptoms, period pain, or infertility, you probably dread your period. Every month. Month after month. It’s exhausting. We want to stop the dread. We use acupuncture and custom herbal medicine to support hormone balance, pain-free cycles, and optimal fertility so you can get off the monthly rollercoaster and spend more time enjoying your life.

Supporting Hormone and Pelvic Health

We use acupuncture and herbal medicine to support optimal function in the body, which includes hormone health and pelvic health. Our treatments promote regulated, pain-free menstrual cycles, support people with ovaries through every reproductive life stage, and help both partners optimize fertility.

Rather than masking symptoms with hormonal birth control or pain medication, this approach addresses the underlying physiology — the hormones, circulation, inflammation, and nervous system patterns that drive how your cycle and reproductive system function.

A Complement to the Care You Already Have

Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine work well with other treatments that you may be receiving from your OB/GYN, reproductive endocrinologist, midwife, or primary care provider. Many of our patients use it alongside fertility treatments like IVF or IUI, or as a way to address cycle issues their doctors haven't been able to fully resolve.

We're not here to replace your physician. We're here to provide additional support for your hormones, your cycle, and how your body is functioning as a whole.

What to Expect at Your First Reproductive Health Appointment

At your first visit, we'll go through your full health history, cycle patterns, current symptoms, medications, and the lifestyle factors that influence hormone health. From there, treatment includes acupuncture and, often, a custom herbal formula prescribed specifically for you.

Reproductive health concerns typically respond over a series of treatments, often timed to specific phases of your cycle. Many patients notice meaningful changes within two to three cycles, with deeper improvements building over time.

Acupuncture for Reproductive Health is for…

  • Anyone living with painful, heavy, or irregular periods

  • People dealing with PMS, PMDD, or menstrual migraines

  • Couples preparing for conception

  • Patients going through IVF or IUI who want adjunctive support

  • Anyone wanting to address hormone health at the root
